• Support and maintenance of the Business Intelligence system (SAP Business Objects - WEBI, Crystal Reports and Power BI)

• Identify and resolve technical issues in above listed systems

• Identifying and fix production and non-production application issues

• Monitor the delivery of daily/weekly/monthly reports

• Carry out application testing during windows patching

• Carry out periodic application maintenance tasks such as application/server reboot and archive old contents

• Upgrade BI Tools and any corresponding changes to the reports and dashboards.

• Create new reports and dashboards as required by Business users

• Troubleshoot any technical or data issues within BI applications / reports / dashboards

• Create new BI reports and dashboards based on user requirements

• Monitor the delivery of daily/weekly/monthly reports

• BI tools upgrade / application testing during windows patching / periodic application maintenance

• For all the BI applications monitor, communicate environment status and keep it up and running
