We are looking for a Commercial Project Manager to support our growth in the Northern Europe region. You will join the Customer Success team that acts as a Center of Excellence for Bid Management working with the large and complex sales opportunities. Commercial project manager is driving complex commercial processes, key initiatives, and critical projects to support sales and to create common ways of working.

As a Commercial Project Manager, your main responsibility is:

    • Project management and coordination of larger and complex proposals to secure compliant and professional proposals within customer defined timeframes. 
    • Coordinate proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, subject matter experts, solution architects, finance, commercial legal and delivery. 
    • Drive continuous improvements of upgrade projects and processes and drive creation of internal best practices, methodologies, and standardization of rules of engagements.  

Experience/Skills:

    • Strong commercial awareness and experience in solution selling, customer journey, sales process, and RFI/RFP work. 
    • Proven ability in planning, producing and compliant proposal documents within a complex business environment. 
    • Excellent communications skills in both English and Norwegian, both verbal and written 
    • Managing multiple bids and projects simultaneously 
    • Experience of public tenders and bid-process is a merit 
    • A degree in business, communication, law or other relevant field
