We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This role will lead a team and be responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement and will be adept at managing the full sales cycle, from policy development to the optimization of sales management tools.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies, policies, and procedures to drive revenue growth and maintain a competitive edge.
Empower sales teams by building standardized sales toolkits (e.g., SOPs, Successful Cases), desigining systematical trainings
Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and sales goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales processes and systems.
Lead SFDC system administration to manage and optimize the Salesforce.com (SFDC) system or other CRM systems to support sales activities and data analysis.
Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and use insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain sales forecasting models and reporting mechanisms to track performance and progress against targets.
Optimize business processes (e.g., LTC digital transformation) to enhance sales efficiency through process simplification and system tool implementation.
Work closely with the sales team to identify and resolve operational challenges and bottlenecks.
Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of working experience in designing and implementing regional sales operation strategies based on strategic goals.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering CRM system projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes.
Ability to design effective incentive programs to boost sales productivity and retention.
Experience in building standardized sales toolkits and leveraging knowledge management systems to improve sales team performance.
Capability in talent development through structured training systems to accelerate the growth of business and cultivate top sales performers.
A collaborative and results-driven mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Prior experience in professional service industry is a plus.
