Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager in Budapest!

Are you a go-getter with a passion for sales? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our vibrant Sales Team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving our growth within the SMB market, focusing on proactive new business development.

Responsibilities

    • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach, including high-impact qualifying calls, appointment setting, and compelling online demos that showcase tailored service solutions.
    • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their unique business needs and aligning them with Dun & Bradstreet’s comprehensive solutions.
    • Drive the full sales cycle—from initial contact to contract closure—by leading persuasive negotiations, crafting customized business proposals, and consistently achieving high close rates across key product categories.
    • Maintain full visibility into sales performance through accurate pipeline management, timely reporting, and reliable forecasting to ensure alignment with targets.
    • Demonstrate deep expertise in the full product portfolio and integrated solution offerings, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.
    • Efficiently manage sales activities and client interactions using Salesforce, ensuring all communications and meetings are well-documented and actionable.
    • Ensure a smooth transition from sales to account management by coordinating a seamless handover to the relationship management team, supporting long-term client success.

Skills

    • Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of success, demonstrating at least 2 years of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Educational background at the secondary level or higher; a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a valuable asset.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Highly proactive and sales-driven, with a strong “hunter” mindset and a passion for identifying and seizing new business opportunities.
    • Strong business acumen and results-oriented approach, paired with excellent negotiation skills and a strategic mindset.
    • Ambitious and growth-focused, with a genuine passion for success and a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
    • Working proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business context (beginner level or higher).
