KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 New corporate acquisition for L&EIG products, with complete responsibility for meeting
and exceeding overall sales & revenue targets set for the region
 Responsible for sourcing B2B Print Ad / Sponsorship & Advertisement Sales for
Intellectual Property events, conferences, conclaves, roundtables, summits etc.
 Responsible for pitching Knowledge-based solutions to key decision makers in
Corporates/PSUs/Banks (CXO / Director -level contacts in Marketing/PR/Corporate
Communication functions)
 Builds and maintains a strong sales pipeline in order to consistently deliver on set
targets
 Partners effectively with internal and external teams to build synergy in product
offerings and customer approach
 Ensures highest levels of controls and compliance are adhered to while meeting sales
targets
 Maintains and reports accurate business updates for management review
Sales Co-ordination
 Works closely with the operations team to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
 Ensures process adherence at all times and error free timely delivery of projects.
 Ensures optimum utilization of available resources
People Skills
 Works under the direct supervision of Regional Manager
 Creates an atmosphere of trust and transparency within the team

KEY REQUIREMENTS
 MBA or any relevant post-graduation with minimum experience of 3 TO 8 years in
Corporate/B2B sales
 Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills
and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
 Create an environment of trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive
team effort.
 Highly customer-focused and result-oriented
 Strong Influencing and collaboration abilities
Primary External Interactions
 Decision makers (CXO’s) at MNCs, Large Indian Corporates, PSU’s and Banks
Primary Internal Interactions
 Operations Team, Finance, HR, Facility, IT Infrastructure, Heads of Other SBU.
