D&B Marketing Services is seeking a senior marketing manager to lead creative strategy and content development for our agency clients in education, small business, healthcare, and beyond. This includes branded content work for our premier education media brand, We Are Teachers, as well as digital strategy for customers across business verticals. The senior marketing manager will lead the development of digital content across channels, including website, video, social media, advertising, and email. The role involves collaboration with writers and designers to create engaging content campaigns, advising agency clients on content strategy, optimizing campaigns based on data and analytics, and getting hands-on with production and execution.
Essential Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic planning and implementation of marketing and content campaigns for D&B Marketing Services customers.
- Create captivating content across digital platforms, including website, video social media, advertising, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with a team of writers, videographers, and designers.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to enhance content effectiveness.
- Keep up to date with trends, best practices, production techniques, and tools in digital marketing and content creation.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and agency clients.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Required 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
- Master's Degree Preferred
Essential Skills and/or Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in content marketing, production, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective content marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of content distribution across various marketing channels.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Data-driven approach with experience in analytics and performance evaluation.
- Experience managing production and campaign budgets.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
