a. Driving the Inside sales Team to contribute to sales closures worth 5L per month per TM (Annual contribution should be 6 CR).
b. Driving the ISS TMs to fix up 6 meetings per day by making 60 – 70 outgoing calls.
c. Managing, mentoring and Motivating the Inside Sales Team to ensure relevant meetings are fixed up for the sales associates as per defined targets.
d. Closely monitoring effective number of meetings set up by each associate and highlighting the same to the leadership on a weekly basis
e. Ensure the team follows the SOPs defined
f. Ensure daily reporting of MIS of meetings fixed up for Sales Associates
g. Ensure daily reporting of Meeting Outcome Tracker and reporting to the leadership
h. Tracking the closure data for the Inside Sales team on a monthly basis
i. Coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders for data requirements for the team and for feedback on meetings from the Sales associates
j. To work on building a relationship and smooth functioning of processes between the Inside Sales and Sales team
DRS Revenue Fulfilment
a) Managing the timely delivery and posting of DRS product Pan India
b) Entry of case in OTMS portal and delivery of seal to the customer as per the timelines
c) Closely tracking Pan India DRS sales for accurate reporting
d) Maintaining the DRS Delivery Tracker for Pan India
e) Maintaining the Daily MIS tracking closures and YTD numbers for leadership team
f) Daily reporting of DRS closures to the sales team
g) Liaising with the 3rd party vendor for verification of data points of all variants
h) Feedback calling to generate insights on DRS clients (team to actively connect with customers to scale up the number of seal installation), sharing of seal installation status with leaders on a monthly basis.
i) Engagement activities for DRS customers
j) Accurate reporting of Ratified Revenue
k) Reporting to internal and external stakeholders with accurate data
l) Timely dispatch of DRS certificate to customers in 2 batched each month
 Ensure delivery of soft copy and hard copy of certificate with Zero Errors
Inhouse Marketing Campaigns
Generation of inhouse leads through industry specific mailer campaigns
a) To be able to collaborate and execute the assigned tasks on a day-to-day basis most efficiently and deliver results.
b) Focus on standardization of the process as well as the understanding across the region through regular training and hand holding
c) To be able to motivate and mentor the ISS team to deliver 100%
a) Providing timely and regular feedback to the team
b) Act as a SPOC for all conversations with Sales Team and provide inputs in the leadership meetings from the team’s perspective.
c) Backup roles to be defined for the team and should be taken up without reminders to support the team.
d) Being grounded in ethics and integrity while communicating with leaders and peers. Should consider the impact of their traits and actions.
e) Responsiveness towards email requests, meeting invites etc. should be as prompt.
f) Owning the task is critical hence imperative to ensure task completion within acceptable timelines.
g) Out of box thinking to solve problems faced and have a structure in place to ensure no lapse.
