Essential Key Responsibilities/Job Summary

    • Achieving the individual annual sales plan.
    • Active participation in achieving the joint annual sales plan of the Large team
    • Preparation of sales-related documents (customers, contracts) in accordance with the necessary form and content elements.
    • Coordination and management of internal negotiations necessary for successful business deals.
    • Continuous management of the internal systems used by the company, keeping the data up-to-date. Sending the required reports on time, especially sales-related reports.
    • Supporting the development of the Large Team, helps other colleagues, or the integration of newly joined people.
    • Making "cross sell" deals with existing customers.
    • Identification of new target markets, target segments and customers and sales to them
    • Development and implementation of sales action plans based on the defined corporate strategy and goals.
    • Getting to know the customers' needs in detail, and based on them - if possible - developing and selling complex, customized solutions.
    • Identification of new "Leads", management of incoming leads.
    • Representation of the company at events, or active participation and presentations at conferences and professional events.
