Are you passionate about helping clients unlock value through innovative solutions? As our Sales Manager for Solutions, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth, acting as a trusted advisor and product expert. You’ll collaborate closely with Relationship Managers and Client Success teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive new business by identifying and pursuing fresh opportunities, this role is all about winning new logos.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their goals and offering tailored solutions.
- Support the sales team during the evaluation phase with technical expertise and strategic advice.
- Deliver compelling product demos that show how our solutions improve efficiency and deliver real ROI.
- Share market insights and industry trends to help shape account strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their buying journey and confidently handling objections.
- Collaborate on solution design, including packaging, pricing, and presentation to meet client needs.
- Keep CRM systems (like Salesforce) up to date to support accurate forecasting and account management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant business and industry standards.
What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: 2–5 years in a client-facing sales role, with a proven ability to win new business and sell solutions.
- Communication & Insight: Strong ability to explain technical solutions in a way that resonates with client needs.
- Team Player: You enjoy solving problems collaboratively and thrive in a team environment.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (especially Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
- Growth Mindset: Eager to stay up to date with industry trends and continuously learn.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Czech.
