We are seeking a highly skilled senior DevOps engineer with a strong background in managing cloud-based applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS and GCP, infrastructure automation using Terraform, and building scalable CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Harness. You will play a key role in optimizing development workflows, ensuring system reliability, and enabling efficient cloud operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for consistent and repeatable infrastructure provisioning.
- Build, monitor, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, and other DevOps tools to support continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to automate and streamline build, test, and release processes.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance, identify issues, and implement automation for alerting and recovery.
- Manage and enhance containerization and orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Implement best practices for security, compliance, and cost optimization in cloud environments.
Key Skills:
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms: AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, Lambda, etc.) and GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, GKE, etc.).
- Proficiency in Terraform and cloud formations for infrastructure automation.
- Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Harness.
- Good understanding of Linux system administration and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Splunk).
- Working knowledge of containers and orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or Scala.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in managing cost optimization and security in cloud environments
