Our design group, Brave by Design, is a specialized unit of makers and thinkers within D&G’s offerings, who create iconic and beautifully crafted solutions for brands through strategy and design.
REPORTS TO:
ECD, Head of Design
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop comprehensive design systems that work across various touchpoints.
(e.g. print, digital banners, website, in- store, apps, etc.)
Collaborate with co-workers and clients in a positive and engaging fashion.
Create and manage original and visually compelling work.
Share your design knowledge with the D&G team and mentor mid/junior designers.
Up to date on the latest design trends.
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience as a designer (preferably agency side)
A portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking and aesthetics.
Proficient in Adobe Cloud Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), and XD.
(Figma, Cinema 4D, After Effects is plus)
Strong communications skills.
Organized and efficient with time.
Passionate about typography and branding.

The role is based in Los Angeles, CA.
The base salary range is $100k - $125k plus benefits.
