About This Opportunity:
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and experienced Benefits Specialist to join the Total Rewards and HR Operations team at Docebo.
The Global Benefits Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of the company's employee benefits programs, with a particular focus on global benefits. This role ensures competitive, fair, and sustainable compensation and benefits practices that attract, retain, and motivate employees. This role works closely with leaders, employees and different internal and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals and market trends.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the overall design and execution of the company’s employee benefits strategy.
- Manage benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave programs, wellness programs, and other employee benefits.
- Partner with vendors and brokers to negotiate benefits packages, manage renewals (including open enrolment in the US), and resolve issues related to benefits administration.
- Evaluate current benefit offerings and recommend enhancements or adjustments based on employee needs, market trends, and cost considerations.
- Assist with benefits enrolment, communication, and administration processes, ensuring employees understand their options and choices.
- Assist in the design, development and set-up of benefits and retirement plans in new countries.
- Monitor benefits utilization and costs, preparing reports and analysis for management.
- Participate in salary surveys, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for employee benefits strategy improvements.
- Develop and deliver communications and training to employees about employee benefits programs.
- Provides guidance, direction and interpretation on employee benefits programs.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and leaders on employee benefits related issues such as benefit inquiries, promotions, incentives, and salary structure.
- Assist with the preparation of annual employee benefits budget and forecasting, monitoring program costs throughout the year.
- Ensure compliance with all employee benefits relevant regulations.
- Administer the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), including plan administration and communication.
- Participate in projects that may span across the Human Resources team.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 4-5 years of human resources experience, with a focus on global employee benefits
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data
- Knowledge of global benefits regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
- Certification such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) is a plus
- Experience with global or multi-country total rewards programs
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Google Sheets and the Google Suite
- Expertise with Dayforce and Shareworks would be an asset
