About This Opportunity:

The Revenue Enablement Lead, Solutions Engineering is a strategic partner to the Solutions Engineering organization, responsible for designing, developing, and executing enablement programs that support our Solutions Consultants, Solutions Architects, Content Consultants, and Proposals teams. This role requires a unique ability to "code-switch" between different technical and business personas, translating complex information into actionable, organized programs. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can drive projects to completion and serve as a critical liaison between the Solutions Engineering team and the broader business.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Program Development: Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing training for the entire Solutions Engineering team. This includes creating training on technical skills, product knowledge, and communication strategies.
    • Proactive Planning and Execution: Utilize a backward-planning approach to anticipate future enablement needs and ensure training is ready well in advance of product launches or process changes. This role is responsible for driving initiatives to completion and preventing historical issues with projects stalling.
    • Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact between the Solutions Engineering team and other departments, including Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Revenue Operations. Ensure the SE team is kept informed of any business changes that may impact their work and effectively communicate the SE team’s needs to other groups.
    • Content and Resource Management: Collaborate with an internal documentation specialist to ensure all internal documentation, forms, and processes are up-to-date and easily accessible. Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform their knowledge into structured, digestible training materials.
    • Facilitation and Communication: Act as an exceptional facilitator, leading training sessions and workshops with passion and clarity. Establish a weekly communication cadence with SE leadership to provide project updates and discuss upcoming initiatives. Maintain a project management dashboard to ensure visibility and accountability for all ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

    • Experience: Experience: 3+ years in an Enablement, preferably with a focus on technical or pre-sales team, or or Solutions Engineering role.
    • Exceptional Communication & Facilitation: Proven ability to communicate complex topics clearly and facilitate engaging training sessions.
    • High Proactivity: A self-starter who anticipates needs and drives projects forward without constant direction.
    • Strong Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a methodical approach to project management and planning.
    • "Code-Switching" Ability: The capacity to adapt communication style and content to suit different audiences (e.g., technical experts vs. content creators).
    • Traits: A passion for enabling others, a collaborative spirit, and a demonstrated ability to get things across the finish line. Must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
