About This Opportunity:
This role is responsible for evolving Docebo AI services within the deadline and following AI department guidelines. Reporting on progress and developments directly to the relevant Software Development Manager.
Reports to: Software Development Manager
Location: Biassono or Milan, Italy (Hybrid), or Remote Italy
Responsibilities:
- Develop the main Docebo AI services
- Follow project development and manage practical activities and tasks related to the project's implementation
- Be a part of an Agile, Scrum international team with other backend and frontend development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3/5 years of experience as a SW developer
- Good problem-solving/debugging skills
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Experience with TDD / BDD, unit testing, integration testing
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud service providers
- Practical knowledge of Python or Node (Typescript + Javascript)
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of component-based frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Angular 2+). Experience building responsive websites for different device types/screen sizes
- Experience working with LangChain and Pydantic libraries in Python
- Experience working with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for creating a great user experience
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality
- Good organizational skills and an ability to prioritize tasks effectively
