- Ensure that we foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation - Docebo is a great place to work, but the world is changing and leaders must work smart, and hard, to ensure continuity of our ability to deliver results while finding joy and fulfillment in our day-to-day responsibilities
- Continuously focus on Operational efficiency - Cross-functional collaboration is critical to ensuring that our efforts continue to produce results at a multiplier that continuously increases in efficiency

- Proactively identify and launch initiatives to drive new business growth and operational excellence
- Demonstrate an intent and attitude of overachieving, never settle
- Deploy a decision making philosophy based on a healthy mix of qualitative and quantitative insight
- Demonstrate flexibility; know when to lead from the front, when to lead from the middle of the pack, and when to lead from behind
- Understand the motivators of your direct reports, build career plans that align to long-term motivators
- Attain deep level of understanding of the Docebo value proposition, as well as trends across HR, Learning and Development, Sales Enablement, and Customer and Partner Training functions
- Manage your time effectively, own your calendar and dedicate time for the most important tasks that you will need to execute to reach your goals
