We are seeking an action oriented, creative and experienced Revenue Enablement professional to join our rapidly growing Enablement team. As the Digital Adoption Lead, you will be responsible for building and refining the enablement programs which drive engagement and successful utilization of Docebo’s best in class tech stack. The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, defining the digital adoption strategy in conjunction with the Center of Excellence, Revenue Systems, and the broader Revenue Strategy Team, developing Enablement programs and driving the execution of them, and working closely with internal stakeholders to continuously drive adoption of internal tools and Docebo products internally. The ultimate goal of this role is to strive for tech stack optimization and better enablement for our tech stack, in order to increase revenue team productivity. The successful candidate will implement and manage innovative learning and delivery programs to enable our revenue team to efficiently leverage their tools in order to provide best in class customer experiences.Our ideal candidate is a strong team player, has stellar communication, and loves seeing other people succeed. This individual has a track record of success working with technology to improve processes and efficiency, and has awareness and understanding of the tools which we use today (SFDC, Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, etc). Reports to: Director of Revenue Enablement

Responsibilities: 💻

- Partner with Revenue teams across all regions (or other audience as appointed) as well as cross functional stakeholders in Product, Revenue Operations, Revenue Systems, and other teams as needed to identify gaps  in digital adoption and build programs to drive adoption further and efficiency in utilization
- Support the broader revenue enablement strategy and drive your unique strategic initiatives
- Deliver and facilitate select training programs in strong partnership with the field managers to ensure proper utilization of tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and Docebo’s own products by each role in the organization
- Develop Role specific training content in order to better support each teams utilization of our tech stackLeverage our amazing tech stack to equip you with data, insights and anecdotal evidence which will allow you to continuously prove and improve your digital adoption strategy
- Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support, and contribute to the knowledge-base working closely with the Sales Operations team
- Assist with construction and maintenance of our sales resources library and online training academy, specifically focused on content and materials related to our tech stack
- Ensure consistent adoption of all tools along with the enablement assets and best practices related to them
- Work with Enablement Leads to continuously innovate on all aspects our tech stack and related enablement for individual contributors and leaders across the revenue organization

Requirements: ✅

    • 2+ years working in a technical capacity with a wide variety of tools common to the SaaS tech stack such as CRM, sales engagement tools, sales automation tools, business intelligence tools, etc
    • Experience building content, programs and workflows to help people better understand the tools available and how to utilize them; proven track record of developing successful programs to accelerate the performance of B2B customer-facing teams
    • Collaborative worker who has strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
    • Outstanding facilitation skills and ability to take a large audience on a journey while presenting
    • Ambitious self starter with a strong work ethic and intense will to win
    • Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business
    • Ability to exercise discretion, decisiveness and independent judgment on business and training matters
    • Excellent time management and focus on productivity
    • Industry experience preferred, but not limited to SaaS sector
