We are looking for a Senior CPQ Administrator to enhance our support of the sales and finance teams. As a crucial part of our IT, you will be driving changes and continued support of our tools in the Salesforce ecosystem . The role is pivotal in helping us scale by ensuring our revenue engine runs smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust Salesforce solutions, leveraging Salesforce declarative (Creating Fields, page layout, Objects, Actions, Profiles, Permission sets, Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules etc.)
- Admin configurations to the app (adding / modifying custom fields, page layout, lightning page, managing permissions and security settings)
- Work with business partners to develop reports and dashboards
- Ability to export / import data from/to Salesforce
- Ability to support data issues by identifying root causes and fix the issue promptly
- Provide end-user support through support tickets, training, and documentation
- Work with Subject Matter Expert(s), Business Analyst(s) and technical Lead(s) to validate, understand, design and implement solutions that satisfy requirements in Salesforce
- Administering Salesforce CPQ changes like but not only limited to updating price books, product setups & configurations/bundles, adjusting CPQs Pricing Calculator, product pricing, discount schedules and rules, approval rules, creating and adjusting CPQ generated customer facing templates, managing terms library
- Sandbox environment management experience
- Develop an understanding of Docebo’s business processes and how they interact with our product & Salesforce-related application ecosystem
- Follow best practices and recommend solutions to stakeholders
- Participate in daily stand-ups talking through challenges, sprint review
- Work with tools such as Confluence, Jira to systematically manage work and project communication
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, specifically with Sales Cloud
- Experience in supporting Salesforce CPQ
- Knowledge of Salesforce billing is a plus
- Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce's core functions and its limitations
- Experience with SOQL to debug and fix data issues
- Experience with Salesforce declarative programming tools such as lightning Flows
- Experience working with data migration and import tools such as Data Loader and Data Import Wizard
- Experience with installing and configuring to use Managed Packages from Salesforce Partners
- Ability to manage several ongoing customization projects from end-to-end, including gathering requirements, solution design and development, and finally working with stakeholders to roll out the solution to their teams
- Highly developed interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, primarily Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Finance
- Proven experience building effective CRM-based solutions
- Self-motivated, independent, and team-oriented, with a commitment to excellence
- Basic knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experienced in the Quote to Cash from Systems and Process side
- Experience supporting sales and finance teams
- Strong Business background and working with SAAS industry
- Ability to work independently and with team to meet deadlines
