About This Opportunity:

In this role you will be supporting our Customer Experience organization playing a vital role in ensuring the functions you partner with are thriving and, most importantly, translating business strategy into people & organizational strategy. You will work closely with the HR Leadership and functional Leadership teams on all aspects of talent strategy— engagement, talent development, diversity, compensation, performance management, and anything else needed to achieve business success. By providing proactive guidance and counsel to leaders and managers, you have the opportunity to impact every Docebian’s experience. Leading with data and combined with sound judgment and creativity, you’ll directly influence the growth & scaling of our organization. Responsibilities 💻

    • Participate in business leadership team meetings and contribute to talent conversations that drive meaningful engagement, performance, and retention at scale.
    • Lead with data to analyze trends that will drive talent programs and influence change.
    • Lead organizational design and restructures being a champion for change and influencer for successful change management.
    • Support talent mobility through workforce planning, creating connections across the business, driving succession planning, and identifying development needs of their teams and functions.
    • Directly influence Docebo leadership culture through day-to-day coaching of managers and influencing the design of leadership programs.
    • Provide guidance to managers on driving strong performance management, professional development and career pathing within their teams.
    • Approach people matters with an eye toward compliance and reducing risks; help build and apply HR policies and manage employee relations issues. 
    • Work with relevant stakeholders to help advise talent programs and strategies that enhance our culture -- including performance management, compensation, and talent development, employee engagement.
    • Take initiative to build and pilot the business-specific programs required to support your critical talent initiatives as needed where global programs may not yet exist.
    • Build excellent working relationships across the business.

Requirements: ✅

    • 5+ years of relevant HR experience; with at least 2+ years in HR Business Partner role
    • Experience in supporting a global team including direct support of leaders in Europe in employee relations is required; experience with France & Germany highly preferred
    • Experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth, high-change environment; preferably SaaS and/or high-tech industry
    • Expertise in HR policy, procedures and labor regulations in Canada and the US
    • Fully developed coaching and problem solving skills
    • Previous experience managing complex organizational change
    • Proven ability to analyze and interpret talent data and provide recommendations and solutions that match business needs
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities approaching problems with flexibility and bias for action.
    • Strong project management skills— prioritizing, defining, rolling out and measuring scalable talent solutions.
    • Reputation for integrity, dedicated work ethic, and desire for ownership & accountability.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience 
    • HR certification preferred
