About This Opportunity:

The Director of Enterprise Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading and scaling our enterprise sales team focused on acquiring and expanding relationships with large, complex organizations. This role demands a strategic mindset to navigate long-term enterprise sales cycles while achieving short-term revenue goals. The Director will lead the hiring, coaching, and development of a high-performing team and collaborate cross-functionally to refine our enterprise sales strategy, operations, and go-to-market approach.

Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Sales Executives and Strategic Account Managers to exceed revenue targets in the large enterprise segment.
    • Hire, onboard, coach, develop, and retain top enterprise sales talent with a focus on strategic, consultative selling.
    • Drive pipeline generation and growth by developing and executing account-based selling strategies targeting Fortune 1000 and global enterprise organizations.
    • Guide team members through long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and rigorous procurement processes.
    • Maintain and evolve a scalable enterprise sales playbook that reflects best practices, vertical-specific approaches, and evolving buyer needs.
    • Present tailored, data-driven business cases to C-level executives and procurement stakeholders in large organizations.
    • Collaborate closely with marketing to build targeted ABM campaigns and refine enterprise lead generation efforts.
    • Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding, renewals, and expansion strategies.
    • Champion knowledge sharing, sales enablement, and cross-functional alignment across global teams.
    • Track and report on key performance metrics, forecasting accuracy, and deal progression within enterprise accounts.

Requirements:

    • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
    • Demonstrated success selling into large enterprise and/or global accounts with multi-million dollar deal sizes.
    • The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, enterprise selling expertise, and team leadership
    • Experience in HR and Learning Technologies is strongly preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university or equivalent practical knowledge.
    • Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise customer bases while consistently exceeding quota.
    • hey thrive in complex, matrixed sales environments and have a proven ability to build trusted relationships at the executive level within large organizations.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in using data and insights to guide deal strategy and team performance.
    • Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally up to 60%.
