About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Event Marketing Team as a Webinar Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about marketing and interested in playing a key role in organizing and executing successful webinars to engage our target audience.

As a Webinar Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and follow-up of our webinars. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, coordinate logistics, and ensure a seamless experience for both presenters and attendees. This role provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in the field of marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Webinar Planning:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team, customer education, and sales to develop webinar themes, topics, and content.
    • Assist in creating compelling promotional materials to drive webinar attendance.
    • Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize webinar requests and secure webinar presenters.

    • Logistics and Technical Support:
    • Set up and manage webinar platforms, ensuring a smooth and glitch-free experience for presenters and participants.
    • Provide technical support to presenters and troubleshoot any issues during live webinars.
    • Conduct pre-event rehearsals to ensure all elements are in place.

    • Marketing and Promotion:
    • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns to promote webinars across various channels.
    • Monitor and report on webinar registration and attendance metrics.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team and RevOps to analyze data and optimize future webinar strategies.

    • Content Development:
    • Work with subject matter experts to gather and organize content for webinars.
    • Create and edit presentation materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and are engaging for the target audience.

    • Post-Event Follow-Up:
    • Provide post event data to the RevOps team for lead scoring and follow up action
    • Coordinate post-webinar activities, including sending follow-up emails and surveys.
    • Compile and analyze post-event data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience with webinar platforms and Marketing tools (Zoom, Cvent, HubSpot and Salesforce, preferred) and technical troubleshooting.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across a number of different stakeholders in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive Slides, Docs, Sheets)
    • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
    • Experience in a tech/SaaS company preferred.
