The Content Partner Manager manages Docebo’s Content Partners in order to ensure a successful and profitable partnership. This position works closely with our overall Partner, Sales and Content teams to build and execute content partner business plans that will include training, enablement, marketing, rules of engagement and go-to-market strategy. In addition, the role will be responsible for tracking and reporting the progress to the plan.

Responsibilities:

    • Working closely with GTM and Product teams, develop the strategy for our content partnerships, with a focus on maximizing revenue growth and retention.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of partner organizations, including executive teams.
    • Strategically recruit and onboard new Content partners, setting them up for success through detailed enablement and support.
    • Lead the creation of business plans for each partner, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to support overall planning processes.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy meetings to align and optimize partner contributions.
    • Serve as the primary contact for partner inquiries and conflicts, ensuring swift and professional resolutions.
    • Work with the content partners to develop the partner’s commitment, capability and capacity to meet agreed financial metrics and KPIs.

Requirements:

    • Experience working at or with an e-learning content provider is a MUST
    • Experience in the E-learning/HCM industry
    • Previous Experience of managing partner relationships 
    • Previous experience in Sales, Account Management or similar 
    • Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and organizational skills
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
    • Ability to manage and deal with channel conflicts in a professional manner.
    • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture executive level relationships.
    • Understanding of Partner Programs and contracts associated with them.
    • Strong ability to navigate in complex environments and coordinate multiple stakeholders to achieve common objectives
    • Fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus
