About This Opportunity:

As a member of the Revenue Center of Excellence team, and a part of the Revenue Strategy and Operations function, the Revenue Operations Specialist has a passion for the intersection of process and technology. They play a critical role in driving efficiency and productivity for our customer facing teams across Revenue, primarily EMEA Account Executive (AE) and Account Management (AM) functions.

The successful candidate will focus on creating relationships with business leaders in AE & AM to align resources, projects, and processes to their goals. The individual will partner with stakeholders across Docebo including Systems, Business Intelligence, IT, Finance and Enablement teams.

This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned Ops professional that is solution-oriented and possesses stellar communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic initiatives within AE & AM org to support expansion of operating segments and achieve company objectives 
    • Support annual revenue planning process: collaborate stakeholders in the field to ensure AE & AM goals and targets are set with input from the field and aligned to the overall company goals
    • Provide insights to help shape the strategic direction of the AE & AM functions at Docebo
    • Analyse existing business processes and identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability
    • Collaborate with members of Rev Strategy and Ops team to implement process improvements related to AE & AM engine including but not limited to sales stages, handoffs, account assignments, and account replenishment.
    • Own process documentation and governance
    • Assist in the Rules of Engagement management including user adherence
    • Act as project manager on major process optimisation initiatives, managing change and ensuring adoption
    • Track progress of projects, identifying key risks and mitigation plans
    • Manage communications for Revenue Operations projects related to AE & AM function
    • Draft and socialise enablement plans in partnership with Revenue Enablement function 
    • Work with Corporate Strategy and Business Intelligence teams to build reporting required to run the business and make key operational decisions and recommendations 
    • Build a reporting dashboard on AE & AM productivity, key sales metrics for operational management of the business
    • Maintain clean CRM data: manage data integrity of CRM and pipeline across our different tools and reporting 
    • Evaluate performance of tech stack (as selected by Systems team) to ensure all tools are working as intended. Where applicable, work with Enablement team to ensure all of Revenue is using tool as designed, based on their roles and responsibilities
    • Assist or own in some Deal Desk responsibilities that are not automated by Conga and CPQ+

Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a similar role at a high-growth company, ideally B2B SaaS 
    • Experience with organisational change management 
    • Deep knowledge of Salesforce considered an asset
    • Experience with a large tech stack and technical ability to optimize systems integrations
    • Experience with stakeholder management
    • Resourceful and good research skills, who would thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment 
    • Comfortable with ambiguity associated with a fast-moving business and international environment. 
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and proactively provide updates
    • Impeccable time management and organisational skills.
    • Fluent in English and other European languages preferred
