Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical expertise through solution designs, solution demonstrations, proof of concepts by various mediums - in-person/virtual presentations, white boards etc. 
    • Should be able to cater to the customer's requirement.
    • Should be able to provide support assistance to the customer at times when required. 
    • Delivering customer demos and helping with customer onboarding. 
    • Should be able to design solutions based on the customer’s requirement and flexibility and must know how to work on multiple solutions. 
    • Work cross-functionally with the Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure internal speed bumps are encountered. 
    • Reporting processes that may need improvement.
    • Ensuring that our CRM contains accurate account details and contact information. 
    • Work with the CS and Sales team to ensure all the demos and onboarding setups are handled.
    • RnD mindset to come up with innovative solutions and workflows.
    • Work Timings will be 3:30PM IST to 12:30AM IST

Need to have:

    • Has minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in SaaS or IT.
    • Must have a full time degree in Engineering Background.
    • Must have good experience in programming languages like python. 
    • Good understanding of REST API and making api calls. 
    • Good experience with POSTMAN, integration tools like zapier, and other middleware.

    • Team player who can take responsibility for anything from fixing the office internet to making a sales pitch to the CXO of a company. We believe in the ideology that - Buck stops with me
    • Consistent track record of documenting, synthesizing, and communicating results.
