Responsibilities

    • Develop and expand the Partner Ecosystem (PE) in the USA.
    • Establish and nurture partnerships with top technology companies, focusing on co-development, co-marketing, and global collaboration.
    • Secure and negotiate partnership agreements that align with business goals and deliver mutual benefits.
    • Prioritize partnerships with key platforms such as Salesforce, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and other marketplace engagements.
    • Create and implement strategic plans for partner collaboration to drive product adoption and ensure customer success.
    • Manage all aspects of partner engagement, including onboarding, training, sales enablement, and joint go-to-market initiatives such as webinars, podcasts, and co-authored industry reports.
    • This is a quota carrying role where you will be responsible for driving revenue through partners.

Requirements

    • 4-6 years of experience in Strategic Alliances and Partnerships, particularly within product companies providing SaaS solutions and IT services companies providing Salesforce implementation solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and managing go-to-market strategies.
    • Proven ability to build long-term business relationships through strong influencing and consultative skills.
    • Background in Business Alliances, marketplace engagement, partner management, and driving partnership strategies.
    • Goal-driven, assertive, and adept at problem-solving.
    • Will be required to work in EST (8 am to 5 pm EST).
