Based in Southern California with locations in Malibu, Calabasas and Camarillo; HRL has been on the leading edge of technology, conducting pioneering research and advancing the state of the art.
We are currently seeking student interns to help develop the practicality of cutting-edge quantum technologies.
Under the supervision and guidance of a technical advisor, the quantum technology intern may support:
Analysis of experimental data
Coursework or experience in one or more of the following:
Scientific data analysis
Electrical test and measurement
Optical test and measurement
Circuit design and evaluation
Proficiency with MS Office suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Minimum 2 years completed of a Math, Science, Engineering, or related undergraduate program
Ability to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance
The pay range for this position is $22 - $35 per hour.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires for the position. This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
