General Description:
Property administrator provides assistance related to property issues and coordinates property control activities to ensure system compliance and continual accountability of government or company assets in accordance with applicable government regulations or corporate policy.

Essential Duties:
This candidate must have the ability to perform general property management duties and responsibilities to include:
Coordinating the acquisition of company, government and/or customer property.
Ensuring all property has been received, identified, originated to record and is being utilized properly.
Creating and maintain property accountability records.
Generating property reports pertaining to the status, location, utilization, excess, and other reports related to issues concerning property.
Planning, scheduling, performing, and coordinating property physical inventories for all categories of property.

Required Skills:
Ability to solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures.
Ability to interact well with other people, serve well as a team member, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
5 to7 year’s administrative background in asset management or equivalent position. 

Required Education:
High School Diploma, some college would be a plus.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work alone, perform twisting, reaching above the shoulders and carrying activities, ascending / descending steps, stairs and ladders, stooping and bending at the waist, lifting heavy items over 35lbs

Special Requirements:
US Citizenship
Active Security Clearance desired

Compensation:
The base salary range for this full-time position is 70,860 - $86,413 + bonus + benefits.
