Based in Southern California with locations in Malibu, Calabasas, Westlake Village and Camarillo; HRL has been on the leading edge of technology, conducting pioneering research and advancing the state of the art. 

Essential Duties:
Maintain cleanliness as required for the operation of an ISO 4 and ISO 5 Cleanroom, and perform miscellaneous Cleanroom associated duties. Work may not be limited to a Cleanroom environment and the role may require work in other areas of buildings to include offices, conference rooms, laboratories, corridors, kitchens, restrooms, and mechanical spaces. Working outdoors is occasionally required to maintain cleanliness of the campus.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of industrial cleaning procedures and working with related tools and equipment to maintain the cleanliness standards of an ISO 4 and ISO 5 Cleanroom. 
Able to assist in identifying and cleaning of areas not meeting Cleanroom standards. Work within a Team environment. 
Good work habits. 
Perform routine and non-routine tasks, as required. 
Able to work with a large cross section of personnel. Flexible schedules may be required. Able to follow verbal and written orders and maintain cleaning records as required by AS9100 and ISO 9001 certification requirements.
1-2 years or more experience in cleaning / sanitizing / disinfecting procedures. ISO 4 Cleanroom protocol experience required. Experience working with and proper handling of various hazardous materials as used in high-speed circuits’ laboratories.

Required Education:
High school or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work alone in confined spaces. Will perform twisting, reaching above the shoulders and carrying activities, ascending / descending steps, stairs and ladders, stooping and bending at waist, lifting heavy items over 50 lbs. Will work in an ISO 4 cleanroom environment requiring special garments covering most of body.

Special Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship
Must be available to work first, second, or third shift depending on business needs, and on weekends as required
This position is not eligible to work from home.  

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $30.10 - 33.32 per hour + bonus + benefits.
