About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Brand Director to oversee the development and
execution of our brand strategy and positioning. The ideal candidate is the force behind
crafting kickass, authentic brand campaigns that drive business growth, increase brand
awareness, and send shockwaves through our community. As Brand Director you will
have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brands. This role
reports to our Creative Director.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor day-to-day communications of all brand activity
• Lead a team to develop and execute brand campaigns that propel business growth
and brand appeal
• Own our brand's unique voice, ensuring on-brand messaging across all touchpoints
and customer interactions
• Evolve, and maintain our brand guidelines to ensure consistent application
• Manage external brand partnerships and collaborations
• Collaborate across teams / departments to drive projects to completion and bring
epic ideas to life
• Continue to reinforce our brand's positioning, distinguishing us from our competitors
• Develop and maintain our multi-channel brand / marketing calendar
• Direct the development of brand materials ( including CRM, packaging, collateral,
experiences) keeping our community engaged, and competitors jealous
• Be the ultimate brand hype person, both internally and externally, ensuring that all
stakeholders understand and embody our brand position


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in brand management, with a proven track record of
developing and executing successful brand campaigns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing teams and working collaboratively
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and social media platforms
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
