About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Retention with a strong data-driven approach to join our team. The ideal candidate will spearhead strategies aimed at improving customer retention, loyalty, and fostering revenue growth. As the Director of Retention, you'll be pivotal in driving customer engagement and creating personalized initiatives to ensure Dolls Kill maintains a prominent position in the minds of our global audience.
$110,000 - $175,000 a year
Key Responsibilities:

      Identify and implement comprehensive retention strategies to increase customer loyalty, product adoption, and revenue generation
      Establish key metrics for measuring retention success and provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders
      Analyze customer behavior and purchase patterns to identify opportunities for retention and upselling
      Work closely with creative and merch teams to enhance the customer experience and integrate retention into all touchpoints
      Create and manage customer segmentation strategies for targeted communication giving a personalized brand experience
      Lead the development of membership program, ensuring it aligns with brand values and resonates with our customer base
      Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize retention efforts and measure their effectiveness
      Create a retention channel playbook that drives brand strategy in conjunction with digital performance strategy
 
Qualifications:

      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
      6-8 years experience with proven track-record in retention
      Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
      Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate
      Strong communication and collaboration skills
