To be a great Operations Development Manager, you must be a true operator in the hospitality space, working on delivering an incredible hospitality experience to our guests consistently. You must be a hands-on, results-oriented person and be excited about the idea of what we’re building at Domio. You care deeply about the smallest details because you understand that’s a big part of hospitality - the little things matter!

At Domio You Will:

    • Manage overall quality, budget, and schedule for OS& E projects
    • Work with Head of Hospitality to create overall budget for project from inception, proofing, and on-site placement
    • Work with local OS&E vendors during site feasibility assessment
    • Manage design approval process for Operating Participant projects
    • Coordinate closely with stakeholders to align priorities
    • Communicate with Operations team and Project Managers throughout project lifecycle
    • Track deadlines and deliverables timelines
    • Gather pre-installation documentation and support functions
    • Monitor implementation progress, reporting, and updates to leadership and stakeholders
    • Monitor final inspections and pre-opening activities
    • Assist Operations team in recruiting team members at the city level for new regions
    • Administer Guest Delight training to new team members
    • Train and ensure Domio’s operational standards are in place including processes, ongoing procurement, quality audits, amenity offerings, etc.
    • Record project database and maintenance information

Who You Are:

    • At least 2 years of hospitality experience in an operational or project management role
    • Highly attentive to detail
    • Ability to consistently meet deadlines/goals
    • Proficient with Gsuite tools, such as Google Sheets and Google Docs
    • Willing to travel 60% of the time
