We are looking for a Sales Manager who is passionate about operations and hospitality to join our team. You must be a hands-on, results-oriented person and excited about the idea of what we’re building at Domio. You care deeply about the smallest details because you understand that’s a big part of hospitality - the little things matter!

At Domio You Will:

    • Help the Revenue Management department stay on track to reach targets through Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the company
    • Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales
    • Represent Domio apartment-hotels at various events and exhibitions
    • Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients
    • Provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, and develop professional long-term business relationships
    • Support our hotels’ service and relationship strategies, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience
    • Work closely with the Market Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels
    • Develop strong relationships with on property front office team to ensure unified goal achievement
    • Target potential key accounts for the company

Who You Are:

    • 3-5 years of hotel / airline / cruise industry sales experience required
    • Must be proficient in MS Office
    • Must be a team player and self-starter
    • Effectively manage multiple projects and timelines
    • Excellent communicator and comfortable speaking with people over the phone and via email
    • Must be self-driven and motivated
    • Creative, responsive, and adaptive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
    • Exceptional with details and follow up
    • Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills
