We are looking for a Medical Director to supervise and counsel our network of clinicians.
Done’s has built a revolutionary psychiatric care platform through innovative automation and best-in-class clinical processes that help patients and clinicians to achieve better clinical outcomes and automation of clinical processes, responsible data collection and calculation, and follow-ups assist clinicians in driving better clinical outcomes. By combining 150+ in-person offices along with trusted clinical partnerships and ongoing virtual care, Done is able to meet patients whenever and wherever they are to deliver holistic world-class psychiatric care nationwide.
As a Medical Director you will play a direct role supervising and counseling our network of clinicians. This person will also play a key role with other leaders on the clinical team to create and continually improve overall best practices and policies for care. Furthermore, this person is responsible for ensuring that the care provided is consistent with best practice and meets Done.’s standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing proactive professional coaching, counseling and advice to clinicians across the Done. network including onboarding, training, and follow up with the purpose of improving level of care provided
- Set up performance meetings to train, retrain and provide ongoing support for clinicians and monitor progress going forward including goal development and tracking to support their success
- Develop and optimize workflows to improve the patient’s and clinician’s experience in providing clinical visits
- Optimize telemedicine care that provides high quality performance and improvement and documentation in psychiatric health management
- Develop appropriate metrics for tracking success of care provided by Done. network
- Develop processes and protocols to provide for support and relief for clinicians while meeting patients requested communicated needs
- Schedule follow up appointment with designated provider to ensure retention, quality and continuity of care
- Perform tele-health visits as scheduled
- Perform clinical services as requested
- Review, explanation and release of results as requested by patient
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
- Board-certified psychiatrist
- 5+ years relevant experience in clinical or physician leadership
- Effective interpersonal, communication, organizational, and conflict management skills
- Ability to organize care/ activities of multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven superior leadership skills and/or leadership potential
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Patient-focused, self-motivated, energetic, comfortable and effective working remotely
