You'll work with us to:
- prioritize and understand tradeoffs when working toward solving problems or capturing opportunities
- connect engineering, design, operations, and our users to craft product and features that pull their weight
- determine the metrics that define your and your team's success
- bring creativity and scrappiness to the product development process
- optimize systems and processes for how our teams work together
We're excited to meet you because you might have:
- passion for improving the state of mental health care with technology
- extremely fast learning skills and the ability to grok a dynamic work environment
- a penchant for walking in other people's shoes whether they are users or your colleagues
- a well calibrated sense of uncertainty and risk and applying it to your decision making
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in building product or business operations at a high growth company
