We are looking for an Operations Analyst to work within our Strategy and Central Operations team. Done has built a revolutionary psychiatric care platform through innovative automation and best-in-class clinical processes that help patients and clinicians to achieve better clinical outcomes and automation of clinical processes, responsible data collection and calculation, and follow-ups assist clinicians in driving better clinical outcomes.  By combining 150+ in-person offices along with trusted clinical partnerships and ongoing virtual care, Done is able to meet patients whenever and wherever they are to deliver holistic world-class psychiatric care nationwide.

As an Ops Analyst you have a passion for innovation and a keen focus on problem solving with the ability to thrive in ambiguity to deliver the highest quality patient & provider experience. You will be responsible for working with teams to help improve market performance and growth in a cross-functional role. You will drive day-to-day analysis across market operations, finance and growth while also helping through complex modeling for future fundraising and initiatives. We are looking for a driver who is excited to be accountable for delivering critical analysis to complex initiatives to help grow the company. 

In this role, you will not only ensure operational excellence, but will also have your key eye for identifying issues through a data driven approach using quantitative measurement and deduction. You are motivated to identify new opportunities for growth while building and maintaining market share as well as working cross functionally on your findings.

Responsibilities:

    • Lead critical cross-functional initiatives to identify and quantify strategic growth opportunities and operational improvements, design sustainable solutions, and persuade and align varying audiences during change management initiatives of your own, turning your strategic recommendations into reality.
    • Develop a rigorous and detailed understanding of the Revenue model by geography, user type, product and retailer to drive growth, retention, product & pricing strategies.
    • Identify and triage multiple priorities, issues, and roadblocks facing the company using your experience leveraging data for business impact.
    • Serve as the primary cross-functional liaison between Product, Operations, Growth, and Business Development teams.
    • Build dashboards, presentations and strategic models that enable our teams to better understand business performance, progress to our goals and plan for the future.

What we are Looking for:

    • 3+ years of work experience in a relevant field with a demonstrated cross-functional and collaborative project or team management experience, and a track record of leveraging data for business impact. This is a great opportunity for those with experience in Consulting, Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Strategy, or similar roles
    • Proficient in data management and analysis; advanced Excel and SQL skills
    • Polished communication skills and comfort working with senior leadership.
    • Experience building and managing lean teams with outsized company impact.
    • A history of identifying and developing business cases for strategic growth opportunities and operational improvements and elegantly executing projects from proposal to implementation.
    • A self-starter with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently and proactively address conflicting stakeholder requirements to achieve creative compromise.
    • Ability to deep dive into data, identify and quantify opportunities, and design sustainable improvements and solutions.
    • You thrive working in a cross-functional environment, you can influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of job functions.
