In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the growth marketing strategies and tactics. You should have proven success in building and managing a variety of lifecycle/retention marketing programs, a history of creating cross-functional processes, an entrepreneurial attitude, and analytical skills. This is a very cross-functional role, working closely with Product, Design, and Data teams. This role reports to the Head of Revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Build a multi-channel/omnichannel customer engagement strategy across email, push, in-app messaging, and other marketing channels
- Manage the creation and execution of email marketing programs, within onboarding, retention, and reactivation
- Assist in calendaring, messaging, testing, and audience selection for campaigns
- Drive and optimize KPIs including, open rate, CTR, product adoption, product engagement, and retention
- Work with cross-functional teams (product, creative, design, analytics, operations, customer service, business development) to execute marketing campaigns and analyze program/campaign effectiveness
- Support the implementation of lifecycle and marketing triggers to generate member feedback, via NPS and TrustPilot

WHAT YOU WILL DO

WHO YOU ARE

    • The ideal candidate has 5 or more years of experience in growth marketing.
    • You get excited about thinking outside of the box.
    • Attitude, hunger, and skills: you have a solid understanding of marketing and growth in the context of a startup and can move fast. You don't just identify problems; you propose solutions and implement them quickly.
    • For you, problem-solving starts with a clear and accurate understanding of the context. You can decompose tricky problems and work towards a clean solution yourself or with teammates. You're comfortable asking for help when you get stuck.
    • You communicate nuanced ideas clearly, whether you're explaining technical decisions in writing or brainstorming in real-time. In disagreements, you engage thoughtfully with other perspectives and compromise when needed.
    • You understand when work is better, together. You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally to accomplish shared goals, and you care about learning, growing, and helping others to do the same.
