As our CRO Manager / E-Commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online revenue growth through data-driven strategies. Your expertise will help us refine our online shop, mobile app, Amazon storefront, and email marketing campaigns to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Your main responsibilities:

    • Shop & App Optimization:
    • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments on product pages, landing pages, navigation structures, and payment flows.
    • Develop and optimize sales pages and advertorials tailored to various target audiences.
    • Enhance conversion rates across the customer journey on both mobile and desktop platforms.

    • Data-Driven Analysis & Testing:
    • Analyze user behavior using tools like Hotjar, GA4, Clarity, and Shopify Analytics.
    • Develop hypotheses and testing strategies based on data insights.
    • Collaborate with Data & Tech teams for tool integration and tracking implementation.

    • Content & Channel Collaboration:
    • Provide inputs for email marketing campaigns (e.g., Klaviyo) to boost engagement through personalized content.
    • Optimize Amazon product presentations and content experiences.
    • Generate CRO ideas and landing pages for performance marketing campaigns.

    • Strategic Development:
    • Develop a conversion-focused CMS playbook.
    • Establish CRO benchmarks, reporting mechanisms, and dashboards.
    • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and testing feasibility.

🤝 Your Profil:

    • 2–5 years of experience in CRO, growth, UX/conversion copywriting, or performance-driven e-commerce.
    • Proficient in A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize, VWO, Convert, or AB Tasty.
    • Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, GA4, Shopify, Clarity, Segment, and CMS builders.
    • Experience with DTC brands or digital products is advantageous.
    • Strong sense of ownership and a proactive "doer" mentality (capable of implementing texts, pages, and tests).
    • Understanding of UX principles, conversion psychology, storytelling, and value propositions.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus for effective collaboration with developers.
