Required Experience
- 13+ years of overall software development experience in enterprise systems.
- 10+ years of software development experience in Core Java, including multi-threading.
- 8+ years of experience with Spring Boot and Spring Batch.
- 5+ years as an AWS solutions architect.
- 5+ years of microservice architecture and low-latency implementations.
- 3+ years of experience working with distributed caching systems.
- 3+ years implementing Apache Kafka data pipelines.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile Software Development practices and how to leverage these to streamline project execution.
- Possess the ability to decompose business problems into smaller parts to correctly develop a solution, always considering the impact on other subsystems.
- Team player with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiar with software engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Automated Testing, and Performance Engineering.
- Knowledge of SDLC, especially regarding improving agile delivery metrics.
- Strong communication and team/technical leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
- AWS certification preferred.
- Consulting experience.
- Financial services experience is a plus.
