We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to drive end execute our QA efforts, leveraging a blend of mature QA practices, DevOps, and Automation within an Agile framework. This role is pivotal in developing, maintaining, and integrating Test Automation within our CI/CD pipeline, overseeing and helping to perform all QA approaches including Manual Testing, Regression Testing, Accessibility, Static Code Analysis, Performance Testing and more. The ideal candidate exhibits strong leadership and communication skills, with a deeply hands-on approach to both operate and drive continuous improvement in all QA related activities.

Responsibilities

    • Ensure comprehensive manual testing coverage, including agreement on acceptance criterion and scripting.
    • Develop and manage automated testing frameworks, ensuring their integration within CI/CD processes.
    • Define QA standards in collaboration with development teams and third parties.
    • Establish and maintain Test Data Management processes, standards, and automation.
    • Lead the development of Automated Testing Scripts, regression testing, and smoke testing strategies.
    • Design and implement Performance Testing frameworks and Performance Engineering processes.
    • Coordinate test environment maintenance, troubleshoot issues alongside the DevOps team, and advocate for continuous improvement.
    • Mentor and manage two Quality Analysts, defining and tracking quality metrics.
    • Complete mandatory security training and comply with ISMS policies.
    • Report any security violations or concerns to appropriate departments.

Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
    • At least 7 years of IT experience, with a focus on Quality Assurance, Agile Development, and DevOps.
    • Extensive knowledge of QA procedures, automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Python, JavaScript, Angular), and experience with Agile Development.
    • Experience with Security Scanning tools such as SonarQube, Veracode and equivalent.
    • Proficiency in maintaining Test Environments, particularly Windows and VMWare, and integrating test automation within Continuous Integration frameworks.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Exposure to test lifecycle management tools such as ALM or QTP/UFT is a major plus
    • Some Experience with .NET and CRM development/testing is a plus.
    • Understanding of DevOps technologies, Software Configuration Management, and Infrastructure Operations.
$100,000 - $140,000 a year
Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as role, work experience, education/training and skill level, market conditions, and the candidate's geographic location.
