McLaren Strategic Solutions is seeking a DevOps Engineer to drive automation, scalability, and reliability for a leading financial services client.
You will design and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. Collaborating with development and operations teams, you will optimize deployments, implement security best practices, and enable continuous delivery in a highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
- Automate workflows and optimize AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability.
- Implement security best practices and compliance into DevOps pipelines.
- Continuously improve processes, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
Required Experience
- 6+ years of AWS infrastructure and cloud services experience.
- 3+ years of Kubernetes/EKS or ECS container orchestration expertise.
- 6+ years of experience with relational databases (Aurora) and caching (Redis).
- Proficiency in Bash/Python scripting and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI).
