You will be working within the Commercial team in charge of demand generation strategy and execution and consisting of 4 pillars:

- Acquisition marketing: Improve efficiency of marketing campaigns, definition of marketing calendar (budget, timing, etc.), ownership of acquisition marketing channels, processes and tools, competitive intelligence and analytics
- Retention marketing: Improve efficiency of marketing retention campaigns, ownership of CRM channel, processes and tools and analytics of the channel.
- Pricing & proposition: offer definition (PAYG, passes), improve unit economics performance (Net Booking / ride, Contribution Margin, etc.), implementation of pricing changes, commercial product roadmap and analytics
- User Support & Insights: offering best-in class user experience through our support channels

You will be working closely across the organisation with the Central and Local teams with a global scope (all our cities).

What you will do:

    • Assist the Acquisition Team with the creation and execution of global acquisition marketing campaigns.
    • Support the off and on-line marketing strategy (marketing assets, performance marketing, ASO) .
    • Assist with campaign production: copy & design.
    • Assist with tracking performance across acquisition channels.
    • Support local teams to enhance campaigns with their insights / feedback.
    • Think of new and innovative ways to engage new users.

What you will need:

    • Fluent in English, being fluent in another European language (German/Italian/Spanish) is a bonus! 
    • Marketing knowledge / experience in different acquisition channels.
    • Experience working with graphic design, using tools such as Figma, Photoshop, video editing (not essential but a bonus!) 
    • You have a can-do mentality and always look for opportunities, “done is better than perfect”.
    • Strong attention to detail, and keeping up to date with the latest marketing trends.
    • You are both creative and analytics-driven.
    • Motivation, proactivity and strong organisational skills.

More Details:

    • Available for minimum of 6 months, based in Paris.
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field (i.e. Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising) and/or marketing/graphic design work experience.
    • Starting as soon as possible.
    • A stimulating environment in a fast paced company.
