A Bit About the Role: We are looking for an Account Executive experienced in B2B and SAAS sales, to assist in supporting our client acquisition efforts as we bring new and exciting products to market. The right person for this opportunity can navigate and build relationships with ease.  This role will have a meaningful impact across the business development and client onboarding processes, contributing to all critical elements in early stage relationship development and product positioning. A Bit About You : Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer (CXO), you will be an integral part of our dynamic company, partnering with Business Development and Customer Experience to meet and achieve business targets. Engaging with qualified opportunities, you will educate prospective clients on the value of Double A Labs products and services and build long-term partnerships.
 
Responsibilities:
- Manage entire sales cycle and onboarding process for qualified and engaged leads
-  Assist in mapping client requirements and facilitate dialogue with other departments
-  Project Manage a few customer accounts/experiences within the Double A platform including brainstorming, creative thinking,  and ways to use the product in new ways
- Gather feedback and be an advocate for what potential clients and the market are asking for to influence our product roadmap
-  Collaborate with UX, Product, Support and Engineering  to identify customer requests and requirements, maximizing revenue for Double A Labs
- Inform warm prospects about new features, functionalities, and solutions
 
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; more specifically, a history of managing complex sales and onboarding processes (SDR, Customer Success/Service, Direct Sales, Account Management)
- Aptitude in building relationships and navigating conversations at all levels of an organization
- Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems without direct supervision, comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively lead client meetings and presentations
- Highly organized; ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
