Responsibilities

    • As the first SDR Manager hire at Doxel, you will be responsible for building out and managing a high-performing team based out of Doxel's Austin office, focused on pipeline generation and driving growth.
    • You will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture of the sales development organization and the success of Doxel's global expansion.

Qualifications

    • Minimum 1-3 years experience managing SDRs at a SaaS company selling into mid-market &/or enterprise organizations
    • A successful track record of exceeding pipeline generation targets
    • Must be based in Austin and dedicated to cultivating an in-office culture that promotes teamwork and hands-on management
Pay is based on factors such as location, skill level, qualifications, competencies, and overall experience.
