Please note this is a 100% remote position
Responsibilities
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports
- Design and facilitate workshops, on-site visits, customer and client interviews to elicit project requirements, and product strategy
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement
- Participate in reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
- Elicit and document detailed functional requirements
- Write user stories and tasks suitable for project team members to understand what they need to accomplish
- Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members, clients, and management
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Perform user acceptance testing
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Present concepts and research to both client and project teams to ensure alignment on product strategy
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies
- Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas
Required Skills and Experience
- Three or more years of Strategy experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with complex solutions for complete digital environments
- Expertise in Jira. Jira Administration experience preferred
- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and conceptualize complete experiences that meet client needs and vision
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Presentation and facilitation skills
- Documentation skills
- Experience creating detailed reports
- Knowledge of Game Theory and Design Thinking is a plus
- Ability to iterate solutions efficiently and intelligently
- Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver strategy solutions for approval
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
- Be passionate about all things Strategy and other areas of design and innovation
