The Project Manager at Dragon Army will be both a leader and team player responsible for the efficient management of projects from end to end, focusing on urgency and accuracy. 

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the following:

Project Scope

    • Developing/writing all SOWs and Change Orders
    • Building and managing Project Plans
    • Resource forecasting for project activities
    • Managing project timeline/budget expectations
    • Coordinating all internal activities leading to product delivery
    • Identifying areas of risk
    • Scheduling and conducting Project Retrospectives
    • Performing internal/external project communications

Project Meetings

    • Scheduling of project meetings
    • Attending all project meetings
    • Taking meeting minutes and sharing recap notes & next steps

Financial Components

    • Weekly project reporting
    • Updating Weekly Company Presentation components
    • Estimating projects and managing Estimate sheets
    • Forecasting revenue
    • Providing profitability and earned value updates
    • Securing approvals for and managing all contractor work

Project Operations and Organization

    • Leading the implementation of project process
    • Opening and closing projects
    • Creating task lists and tasks for each Project
    • Coordinating and monitoring time entry
    • Managing JIRA project(s) and project board(s)
    • Filing deliverables, assets, SOWs and Change Orders

Skills and qualifications required or preferred include the following:

    • 3-5 years working experience in project management (Agency experience strongly preferred)
    • Knowledge of various project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall)
    • Knowledge of various project management tools (JIRA/Teamwork/Float or similar)
    • Knowledge of various project types (Web/Application Development, User Experience and User Interface, Content and Social)
    • Proven leadership skills
