Sales Enablement Specialist (Temp)

Project Description

    • Help deliver and own the strategy, development and measurement of sales enablement programs (Competitive analysis and continuous learning)
    • Perform Competitive Analysis around Pricing, Messaging, Features/functionality, strengths & weaknesses;
    • Create of Battle Cards for sales reps and account managers - detailed comparisons,
    • Develop of sales decks and slides for head to head comparisons
    • Create Sales Scripts and email templates
    • Develop customer facing collateral
    • Work collaboratively across the company (product marketing, sales, etc) in the design, development and delivery of role- and play-specific content and programs
    • Measure and report on program health, engagement and impact/effectiveness while providing business insights and new strategy recommendations for continuous improvement


    • Experience working in a Training, Sales, or Enablement environment
    • Experience with sales coaching and new hire on-boarding and training
    • Comfortable working within a high growth atmosphere, able to connect to the dots w/out perfect information
    • Ability to work independently, collaboratively with a team, and across departments
    • Excellent program management, planning, prioritization and organizational skills
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, motivation and collaboration skills
    • Experience designing and developing enablement programs and deliverables
