Digital Marketing Manager

As a marketing manager, you will spearhead DrChrono's marketing process as we grow in scale and complexity due to the integration of new programs, partnerships, and maturation of the business during expansion.  You will own the strategy, analytics, and administration of all marketing strategies, structures, and plans, as well as assess consumer marketing growth and effects on the organization as a whole. You will collaborate extensively with Finance, Sales Operations, Field Operations, and the development team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develops and implements digital marketing strategies and initiatives that drive direct business results
    • Drives effective strategic planning, investment decisions, and budgeting processes
    • Determines effective allocation of program budget dollars that have a strong return to the business
    • Develop/execute lead & demand generation programs
    • Leading direct to consumer marketing that drives awareness and interest in our product
    • Work proactively to anticipate and resolve process and scale issues to enable internal and external efficiencies in a hyper-growth environment
    • Field communications to drive awareness and utilization of marketing programs and tools
    • Manage and improve underlying data model critical to market segmentation and information
    • Development of process improvements to improve overall marketing efficiency
    • Track and analyze key program metrics and business impact
    • Successful implementation and utilization of marketing automation platform
    • Identify and recommend process improvement and tool enhancements

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

    • Required

    • 2+ years of experience in digital acquisition marketing using search, social media and display banner channels
    • Several years of experience as the Manager of marketing at a growth stage Silicon Valley tech company
    • Experience managing multi-million dollar ad budgets where there is accountability for cost per lead and conversion metrics
    • Experience mentoring junior marketing team members to train them on Direct and Agile marketing techniques
    • Have a passion for healthcareExperience interacting with executive leaders and working cross functionally
    • Experience building virality referrals into B2B and consumer applications
    • Knowing how electronic medical records and practice management software works

    • Preferred

    • Hands-on experience in building dashboards (using programs like Tableau, Power BI)
    • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
    • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, R, etc.)
    • Ability to write basic SQL queries preferred including joins, creation of views, group by commands, and aggregations
    • Strong passion for digital media and emerging technologies with a solid understanding of trends within web analytics, search marketing, email marketing, mobile and social media.
    • Experience with statistical analysis preferred
