Digital Marketing Associate

The Digital Marketing Associate will drive the strategy, execution, and analysis of various marketing initiatives. As a critical part of the team, the Digital Marketing Associate will own and drive the growth of various acquisition channels and user engagement online and on mobile. They will also collaborate with our sales, graphic design, product development and operations teams to provide support and align marketing strategies and goals to fit the overall company objectives. In addition, they will use tracking and reporting solutions to help make business decisions. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, has positive energy, and self-directed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage digital marketing campaigns to drive online and on mobile apps sales lead growth
    • Manage relationships and communication with external acquisition partners
    • Develop and analyze key marketing metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting revenue and acquisition cost goals
    • Optimize user conversion funnel by improving the campaign performance, usability, design, content, and user engagementTrack and report digital conversion rates and make optimizations as needed
    • Contribute to SEO strategy and optimization to drive inbound traffic
    • Oversee the implementation strategic back linking, directory placement, and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
    • Work with internal teams and outside agencies/vendors to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
    • Provide detailed daily, weekly and monthly reports and any ad hoc reports as needed
    • Work closely with sales team to optimize and implement inbound lead acquisition strategy
    • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
    • Partner with creative team to design email and communication templates, develop images, content, promos, and landing pages for marketing campaigns and projects

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

    • Required

    • 0-1 years of digital marketing experience
    • Experience analyzing key marketing metrics
    • Attention to detail with the ability to execute projects from beginning to endExcellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong HTML and Excel skillsBA/BS degree in business, marketing, science, engineering, and/ or statistics
    • The ability to think strategically and work independentlyStrong organizational and analytical skills
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize to meet aggressive goals and timelines
    • An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize and scale marketing strategies and tactics
    • A passion for healthcare

    • Preferred

    • Experience with Google Analytics, Jira, and / or Salesforce
    • Hands-on experience in building dashboards (using programs like Tableau, Power BI)
    • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniquesKnowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, R, etc.)
    • Ability to write basic SQL queries preferred including joins, creation of views, group by commands, and aggregations
    • Strong passion for digital media and emerging technologies with a solid understanding of trends within web analytics, search marketing, email marketing, mobile and social media. Experience with statistical analysis preferred
