Operations at FanCode:

Your Role:
- Drive the operational planning and execution of all aspects of live streaming for FanCode
- Provide technical and operational expertise for operations by documenting, tracking and refining the best practices for the live streaming and logistical tasks associated with site operations and marketing promotions
- Build and lead an operational support team to cover 24/7 operations and define action plans to deal with potential outages and other live product issues
- Work with various internal and external stakeholders to integrate enhancements, resolve problems and provide operational excellence
- Overseeing the player lineups, positions and pricing/ credits done by the team
- Assist customer support team during high volume season

MUST Haves:
- 7+ years of experience in operations with and experience of running 24X7 ops in an extremely efficient manner
- Strong work experience in live streaming on OTT platforms
- Knowledge of working on live scoring & commentary ops
- Ability to manage a team, multiple tasks and deliver under pressure
- Detail oriented and self-motivated person, who is tech savvy and loves sports
- Good communication skills, with an entrepreneurial approach.

- It will be good to have someone who has the experience of working in a fast paced growing startup.
