Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is seeking a night janitor from 9:00 pm. to 5:30 am. To succeed in this position, you must work independently, be dependable by showing up on time, operate standard cleaning equipment, and follow instructions. Your primary duty will be maintaining the cleanliness of our public areas, including the lobby, restrooms, exercise room, spa, offices, elevators, and hallways. Your dedication will contribute to the highest sanitation, safety, comfort, and aesthetics standards defining the Bandon Dunes experience.

Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve. A second par-3 course, Shorty's, will open in 2024. 🗑️Qualifications: Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is highly beneficial and preferred.
- Stellar interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and nights as required.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and appearance in all situations.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record that meets our company policy's standards for operating a motor vehicle.
- Ability to successfully pass a drug test and background check.
💪 Physical Requirements: Can you meet the demands of the position? Here's what it takes:
- Read and write in English.
- Communicate effectively with staff and customers, utilizing two-way radios when necessary.
- Follow verbal and written instructions with precision.
- Visually inspect all work areas for meticulous attention to detail.
- Stand, sit, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, bend, and kneel for up to 5 hours at a time.
- Lift to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly.

- Carpet cleaner
- Vacuum cleaner
- Commercial washer and dryer

- Work hours may include weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
- Exposure to inside and outside environmental conditions.
- Potential exposure to inclement weather, chemicals, solvents, pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, misdirected golf balls, and rapid equipment movement.
