Safely transport caddies and employees to various locations throughout the resort while using a company shuttle. This is a part time position and will be required to work weekends. Times may be between 6:00 am and 9:30 pm.
Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve. A second par-3 course, Shorty's, will open in 2024. The two short courses are 'Courses with a Mission,' with all net proceeds funding the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon.

🚌Responsibilities that Await You:
- Safely and efficiently transporting employees and caddies to various locations within the resort.
- Assisting with loading and unloading bags and luggage from shuttle buses.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and proper maintenance of shuttle buses, including checking fuel levels and scheduling regular servicing.
- Adhering to and enforcing resort policies and procedures as necessary.
- Interacting in a positive and professional manner with employees, caddies, and guests, addressing their questions and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
🏆 Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Valid Oregon Driver's license with a clean driving record meets our company policy's standards for operating a motor vehicle.
- Applicants must successfully pass a background check, driver's check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
- Positive attitude, professional manner, and well-groomed appearance in all situations.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision, and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals effectively.
💪 Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to stand, sit, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, bend, and kneel for up to 5 hours and lift to 30 lbs frequently and 10 lbs constantly.

🔧 Equipment Used:
- Some equipment you will utilize during your role as a Caddie Shuttle Driver are a shuttle vehicle, 2-way radio, telephone, etc.
🌞 Working Conditions:
- This position is a part-time shift, and you may be asked to work weekdays and weekends. You will be exposed to both indoor and outdoor environments. Exposure to inclement weather, potentially hazardous chemicals, solvents, pesticides, herbicides, misdirected golf balls, and rapid equipment movement is possible. It is crucial to adhere to safety policies and practices to prevent any potential injuries.
